What you'll get:

• Day 1 is all about Sales. We'll help you create and fine tune your phone and consultation scripts (from our proven process), role-play the script with real-time feedback, and improve your conversion rates. You'll walk away with a dialled in process to get more leads into consultations and sign up more members!
• Day 2 is focused on your systems and planning for Q3. You'll tackle key issues and opportunities to remove the "emergency brake" from your operation, plan out your key priorities for next quarter so you know exactly what to do (and not do), and set your weekly KPIs so you know if you're on track (and what to do if you're not). You'll leave with a concrete plan for the next 3 months to get you and your team to your goals.
• Plus lots of eating, drinking, and enjoying the beauty of Upstate New York while you hang with the BFU team and Unicorn Society members 🦄
  

The retreat will be held 30 minutes North of NYC at the Tarrytown House Estate. We have an all-inclusive group hotel rate that includes all of your meals! We'll send it to you after you register. Fly in on Thursday, June 22nd and fly out Sunday, June 25th.
